Return Policy

At NHP Auto Mart Sdn Bhd (1441408A / 202101041108), we offer a 15 calendar days return period for all purchases made through our online stores. This ensures you have ample time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. The return period starts from the date you receive the product.

Exchange Goods, Wrong Supply, and Short Supply

  • Notification and Return: Please inform our salesperson within 15 days of receiving the product and return the item within 15 days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will be considered as final acceptance of the product, and no further claims can be made.

  • Wrong Supply, Short Supply, or Damaged Item: For any wrong supply, shortage, or damage, please notify our salesperson within 3 days of the completed delivery date.

Please Note:

  • This return policy will be void if the order is past the 15-day period. Ensure you are satisfied with the products within the warranty period.
  • The return policy does not apply if there is no issue with the product, such as in cases where the item is not wrong, damaged, faulty or incomplete.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will immediately inform you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time it takes for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Please note: Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the buyer.

Fees for Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
